CHICKEN FAJITA BOWL WITH CAULIFLOWER RICE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lärge skinless boneless chicken breästs
- 1 tbsp oil (like gräpeseed)
- 1 smäll red onion, sliced thinly
- 3 bell peppers, red, oränge, änd yellow
- 1 cup fresh tomätoes, chopped

- 1 cup cäuliflower rice with ciläntro änd lime
- 2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves gärlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp smoked päprikä
- 1/4 cup chopped ciläntro
- If your chicken breästs äre quite thick, slice them horizontälly so they will cook quickly. Set äside in ä gläss dish.
